Zoe has been working in project management for over 20 years with a focus in the last 10 years in PMO activity. She champions ‘right fit’ project management enabling organisations to apply appropriate governance and control in project prioritisation and delivery that is effective. Zoe has developed and operated reliable PMO environments across diverse companies including Barclays, Travis Perkins and the Motor Insurers' Bureau. Zoe uses dynamic influencing and coaching styles coupled with a hands on, flexible and collaborative approach ensuring positive progress.

A self-confessed geek Zoe is a regular delegate at the APM and PMO Conferences each year and enjoys healthy discussion on how PMO is evolving as a discipline in the world of change
Outside of work Zoe is happily married to Paul and they have a teenage daughter as well as a small menagerie of pets.
Zoe has been an active member of her community including being a school governor, Chairman of the Parish Council for three years, and a member of the Village Show Committee.
Tooles Consulting has recently sponsored one of the village youth football teams. One of the most notable events during her tenure as Chair of the Parish Council was negotiating successfully with the Ministry of Defence to resolve an issue regarding asbestos contamination and unexploded WWII devices! Zoe enjoys trying new things which have included culinary delights and attempting to learn the basics on various instruments.
